Programs for Confident Communication

Programs for Confident Communication are designed for children, teenagers, and adults who wish to build their confidence in speaking and connecting with others in everyday life, when speaking in class or at work and public speaking.

These programs combine evidence-based strategies with a person-centred approach, supporting individuals to grow their communication skills in a way that feels natural, empowering, and sustainable. Whether the goal is to feel more comfortable speaking in the classroom, participating in social conversations, giving presentations, or communicating effectively in the workplace, each program is tailored to meet the individual’s specific needs and aspirations.

Focus areas may include:

  • Building comfort and confidence in speaking situations

  • Developing effective communication strategies for social, academic,
    or professional settings

  • Managing anxiety related to speaking

  • Strengthening self-advocacy skills

  • Enhancing participation in conversations, discussions, and group activities

Therapy is supportive, practical, and adapted to the client’s age, goals, and communication style. Sessions are available via Telehealth or at our Melbourne Clinic, allowing for flexibility and access to support from the comfort of your own home.
